Meet Dakota

Since Dakota is the oldest I figured it was only right for you all to be introduced.

Dakota came to me at the age of 17 on March 9th.

 She was born at 3:01 in the morning and she has been the reason I breathe ever since. 

(I will share more of her birthing story later)

By the time she was 5 she was diagnosed as ADHD and since then she has added a few "titles"

such as insomniac, anxiety, ODD, and more recently with a mood disorder.

(again more on that later also)

As of right now Dakota is 13, an 8th grader in Junior High. 

and supposedly my mini me...

For the record... 

I DON'T SEE IT!  

She has been in GT (Gifted and Talented) classes since she was in 3rd grade and when she started Middle School she was accepted in to the Pre AP classes where she still is today. 

I asked Dakota a few questions to share with you all...

Favorite Movie:

Harry Potter

She has always been a Harry Potter fan as a matter of fact she read the whole series of books in 2nd grade and a few times since. 

Color: 

Silver

Up until I asked her it WAS black and red... 

Who knew!

Dream Job:

Teacher...

I am honestly surprised with this since Dakota is not much of a social person or a kid person to tell the truth.

Favorite Vacation:

California

She loved this vacation so much that she asked to move there! Mommy was game since I was born and raised in So Cal myself but dad didn't like the idea so much.

Animal:

Phoenix

Since her an my brother are only 12 years apart I blame this on him lol

School Subject:

Home Ec.

THIS REALLY surprises me since I have to yell at her to do ANYTHING home wise ;)

Holiday:

Halloween

Since Dakota has been little she has always had a little bit of a darker side, so I am NOT surprised on this one.

Thing to do in Arkansas:

Ice Skating

Her boyfriend took her on a date a few weeks ago and that was her first time going since then she has been hooked.

Food:

Pizza

Cheese to be exact

Drink:

Dr. Pepper

I can't say that I blame her, though it is not my favorite it was at one point in time.  

MORE FUN FACTS: 

• She plays the guitar and clarinet.

• She WANTED braces SO BAD and now can't stand them

• She loves all things boy it seems, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Yugio etc. 

(and I blame my brother)

• She LOVES cats

• She can draw and write REALLY well but doesn't stick with it

• She is NOT organized AT ALL

• She LOVES to READ
